We celebrated a birthday and were impressed by the incredible service from the entire house team. We were welcomed with great warmth, and the staff did everything possible to maintain our comfort throughout our stay. Mr. Ex is an excellent bartender. Thanks to the chef for the incredibly delicious breakfasts and dinners, and to the maids for the beautiful and well-kept rooms. We are delighted and hope to meet you all again in the future.

It was a perfect trip, and I really enjoyed my time. I think the beautiful moments of watching the sea and the sunset will always stay in my mind. This is one of the best villas we have stayed in. It was a lovely family get-together for my mother-in-law's birthday. The lift, spa, and bedroom on the pool floor made it so convenient for older people. Service was always with a smile. Can add to the Western breakfast options for those who don't eat eggs. EX was very helpful and catered to us. I will surely recommend the place.

21 Sep 2023. Our first time to Phuket with the family. The Villa H is a mesmerizing property with a breathtaking view of the ocean and the long expanse of the infinity pool. The villa is beautifully designed for family and I must say we have had our the best trips so far. The staff is extraordinary. They are they are always smiling and warm, most helpful and very gracious. The Chef is outstanding and fed us with some fantastic Thai food. Above all, the Villa manager Pekky is the best. 3 months at Malaiwana! We feel so fortunate to have ridden are COVID in the most beautiful house. The view speaks for itself, but what made our time so special was the team who looked of us so well especially our children (2.5 years) who love to swim, scoot, find animals, chase geckos and make houses with all the cushions from the sofa. Thank you for keeping us all so well. Malaiwana Villa will always have a special place in our hearts,and we are sad to leave, but it is time to go home and get back to reality after the good done in paradise ! Thank you again.

What an incredible experience this has been. This villa has worked out so well for our 2 families . It is beautifully appointed, extremely comfortable and located just minutes away from stunning beach. We couldn’t have found a better place for families. It was a very special travel experience. There were no tourist attractions to check into. Instead, we chose a large villa with friends and lived together. We watched the sunrise at the beach and listened to the wind in the evening. The children swam together. We cooked, chatted, and had barbecues together. Thanks to the attentive service of the housekeeper Hana and her team, we experienced a very special journey. We will definitely come back if we have the chance.

We had the most magical stay at Villa Rodnaya, Malaiwana. From the magic details, careful attention and wonderfully prepared makes me don't even know where to start. It is perhaps the most stunning place I have ever set foot on. Waking up in the morning with bird sounds and the waves crashing against the shore it felt like we were waken up in heaven. Wonderful family time together, swimming, relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view and sunsets. Visited the beach and elephant sanctuary. We travelled with our 3 year old and 6 months old kids, plus their grandma and grandpa. There was plenty of room and we had a lot of fun together. The food was delicious and staff very efficient. We celebrated our 3 year old's birthday here with an adorable pink birthday cake that the chef made for us. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Our first time at Villa M and we absolutely loved it. It was our first family vacation with our soon-to-be one year old son, Anzaar, with his grand parents. The staff at the villa were amazing. Chef Sue cooked some amazing meals for us esp for my son. Manager Puri was also very kind to us. The service is absolutely outstanding! The art at the villa is amazing as well as the design and architecture. We hope to return soon.

Staying here for a month during the Covid-19 pandemic was a great idea - really, 'the Life'. The villa is beautiful and spacious with a long swimming pool. The view is magnificent and it has all recreational facilities and amenities you may need. Bright coloured sofas and pictures make the villa more interesting. Khun Pekky and staff team are very helpful. We loved both Thai and European cuisines cooked for us by the chef. It was a little dark in places and the lighting can be dialled up: * at the stair case * in front of the gym room * Barbecue room * in the dining room During my stay here, it rained a lot (in August and September). It was mildly inconvenient to walk from the living room to the dining room. A clear roof between those two is a good idea.

Very nice sunset to enjoy every day at 6.39 p.m. Great chef and helper and manager. The guys in this trip love the gym, including the kids. We love the lemon grass chicken wings and crispy pork, fried rice and the mango sticky rice. It's good that the villa M had arranged pest control, so not too many mosquitoes. We enjoyed our stay here. The residence is very nice and quiet, and the staff is very friendly. We love the dished cooked for us. Also, the residence is close to the Airport so only 15 mins to arrive there. The view from the residence to the sea is very beautiful and during the sunset is very impressive! The pictures I saw online were beautiful but when we got here, we were both blown away. You come up the stairs to the wall of windows over looking the Andaman Sea. We are very happy. Phuket is very beautiful Island. The villa is very big and comfortable for our group. The staffs are also very friendly. We hope to see you again and will come back soon.

I have been to Phuket and Samui many times and I have stayed in many vacation homes. But I never came here Therefore, this house has a chance we visit twice in half a year. The room is very clean. Love the aromatic towel. Everything looks perfect. Special breakfast and lunch. Dinner is more delicious than an outside restaurant. Everything is very pleasant. I want to buy a house like this so that "Pekky" takes care of it and I can come to live would make my dreams come true.

This villa is very nice and to enjoy the sea view and sun every day. At the night we drink under the sky with full stars - so romantic. My family ate and very satisfied with villa staffs - sweet service and loves the delicious food here. We have a perfect vocation in three days but want stay longer. Expecting to come here next time.

Thank you for a great hospitality to the team here in Malaiwana D3. Our family were very well taken of by Hana the Villa Manager. Om and Noot, the housekeeper our tummies were filled with great cooked by chef Lek! Villa rooms are great + and spacious, with a spectacular Seaview during your stay here. The pool is one of our children’s favorites and never fails to wake them up with so much enthusiasm to jump into the pool the right way. There were some shortcomings but they can be fixed as soon as they can make our stay pleasant. Thank you so much to Hana and the team. Hope to be back. Take care stay safe
